Beer is one of the oldest drinks known since the Neolithic period. According to historical studies, the cultivation of cereals itself began precisely for the brewing, not the bakery. An analysis of organic traces in jugs found in the Israeli Rakefet Cave showed that beer was being produced as early as the 11th millennium BC. e. from wheat and barley even before cereals began to be used for bakery. Brewing was practiced by the ancient Egyptians and Babylonians from around 3000 BC. e. The builders of the Egyptian pyramids received beer in addition to food allowances.
I like Czech beer, it has its unique golden color, mild taste and fragrant aroma of hops and bread. And, although I drink very little alcohol, I sometimes order a beer, because I like to watch the bubbles play in large glasses, how the golden suspension, playing, rises up and turns into a snow-white foamy crown.
